"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Jose was very professional and prompt. He came out in 90 degree heat and did full inspection in non-air conditioned home. Everything came back clear. In February it started raining constantly and I started seeing mold on one of my walls that I was concerned with before.  He came back out to recheck since it was so dry in July. Was very thorough and came the day after I spoke to him.
