"Call James to repair washer. Only repair man that was able to come out quickly out of the 5 I called. James came out the next day and was honest about repair. He gave options and ordered the part before he left that day. As soon as the part was in, James returned and replaced quickly. Happy to have my washer back. Very pleased with the responsiveness, communication and work completed. Will call James again for any other needed repairs!"

"Jonathan was a little later than expected by an hour, but called me to tell me he was on his way around the time of my scheduled appointment. He had to go and buy the circuit breaker needed. He had to go back to the store since the circuit breaker he bought was not the right type, which meant he was on the clock at the hourly rate. I had to go to another appointment, so I was sent a final invoice by email. He did inform me to keep an eye on 3 more of the circuit breakers, which he felt would have to be replaced soon, which was helpful. He did a great job, was very polite and professional. Would recommend."
