"Their work is holding up well.  They matched my house perfectly.  It looks like it is freshly painted all the time.  It is a lifetime guarantee which has held up.  Before they came, they did major reconstruction work around some areas that we didn’t even know needed to be reconstructed.  They were very careful to check like window sills and the baseboards of the windows.  We had carpenter ants and so the windows had to be redone.  They fixed them.  They found the flaws in the construction and they fixed them.  They caulked and primed everything.  It was a very big job.  They were very nice guys and it was a good crew.  They were professional and they knew what they were doing.  The price was high but it was worth it.  If something comes up in the future, they will rectify it which is part of the deal."

He then picked up all of the materials that I needed, including the door, so delivery was effortless for this client who does not own a car. Ernesto methodically and meticulously went through all of the items on my list. It was a joy to come home every day and see the improvements. When the door needed more time to be delivered, they delayed the final day of the job so that I stayed with a week. "Provided excellent customer service. Walked me through the entire process, and the products used. The installers met with me prior to project start to discuss what was being installed, and how long it would take to complete. Excellent warranties for the shingles, winter and ice guard. Provided video example of how their ridge vent product moves air through attic. Excellent price in my opinion of foil heat barrier throughout attic. Took the time to cut the barrier sheets to size and shape around attic rafters and objects in attic, the best that they could. Lots of pictures provided of the beginning, middle, and end of the project. Great price for replacing entire roof, but left the decking as it was still good condition. Also replaced two old windows and caulked the old sill, where there was exposed wood. The crew even used a large plywood piece to cover and protect the plastic cover for my basement window when they throwing debris off my roof. An excellent detail to protect homeowner property. The crew also installed flex hose to a unattached bathroom fan vent in the attic. They attached it to a new vent box in the newly installed roof. Even though it was not requested at the beginning of the project. Good customer service."

"Hall's Home Improvements arrived on time while we were 10 minutes late. Upon entry, old door was removed with old frame to determine work needed for new pre-hung door.  New measurements and cuts were made in the  Oak studs, Aluminium siding was re-cut to new measurements etc. Not being a Carpenter, I cannot detail all steps needed  to install the new pre-hung door but it took  more time than usual working with the native oak.  Hall's even returned the Dead Lock(keying problem) to the local supplier I purchased it from for a replacement unit with no problems at all. The existing Storm Door was remeasured, cut and fits perfectly.  The new door assembly looks outstanding and works great!  I have more projects (3) that need doing and I will have Hall's Home Improvements complete them as their schedule allows.  I recommend this company with no reservations."
