"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace. It is very hard to find craftsman who really care about what they do and also so nice to deal with. South Shore Fireplace will be my go to guys for the rest of my life. "Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we need to."

"I needed 2 dryer vents cleaned - one on the 2nd floor and a vent cap replaced (also on the 2nd floor). All the companies I initially contacted would not do the job for a variety of reason. Superior did all the work I needed plus replaced the dryer hose on one unit (which we had not discussed). Additionally, I had purchased a vent cap but it did not fit. Superior had one on the truck which did fit and they got the job done! Excellent service!"

Steve called me promptly, showed up on time to look at the situation, and gave me an estimate the next day. I decided to have Steve do this job. He coordinated the time with my agent  and got the job done when I was out of town. He also informed me about the process through email. I was pleasantly  surprised when I cam back. The cabana and the hot tub were gone. The site was clean. Any savagable items were neatly set aside. It has been a great experience to work with Steve throug the whole process. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Very well: the ducts were filled with dust, dirt, and construction debris and now they are clean and shown to be so with their air duct camera. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend hiring them right after buying a house, especially if it is new construction. Also, if you have new filters on hand, they will install them for you after they are done. They have transparent pricing, you can pay online in advance, and I received a discount for doing so in April."
