"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace. It is very hard to find craftsman who really care about what they do and also so nice to deal with. South Shore Fireplace will be my go to guys for the rest of my life. "There team did an amazing job, moving the dryer out, replacing tubes as needed, and going into attic, and outside to clean the vents, as well as thoroughly cleaning the inside of the dryer. Moved everything back perfectly, and left the place spotless. Dryer functioned 100x better."

"The cabana in our backyard collapsed due to heavy snow last winter. I contacted several junck removal companies found at Angies List. Steve called me promptly, showed up on time to look at the situation, and gave me an estimate the next day. I decided to have Steve do this job. He coordinated the time with my agent  and got the job done when I was out of town. He also informed me about the process through email. I was pleasantly  surprised when I cam back. The cabana and the hot tub were gone. The site was clean. Any savagable items were neatly set aside. It has been a great experience to work with Steve throug the whole process. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
