"Installers arrived at 0730 and began removing old heat pump. Since I have a crawlspace it did take some time to remove and replace duct work. Installers also added a heating vent as I requested in living room. The pad which the old unit sat on was too small so the crew had to replace the pad with one which would accompany the new duel fuel unit. The installers did an excellent job in everything they had to do and made sure that I fully understood the features of the new unit and how to set or change the units settings. They completed the job at 730 pm. I am extremey pleased with their work and the new heat / air unit.

"We contacted Mr. Coffee to instal a radon system in our new house. I don't think any one else will work harder to get a radon system right than Mr Coffee and Covenant Air. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and giving us options on how to accomplish this. He will go above and beyond to get your house safe. It did take more than one visit to get the system right. After the initial install he came back and upgraded the vent fan to help lower the radon level at no cost to us. He then came back to seal up my cold air return so that my house wouldn't pull air in from the crawlspace. He was very professional in all of his dealings. Sometimes he might overstretch himself and will be a little tardy but when he is working at your house, he works hard the whole time. His goal is to make your house safe for you and your family. I would strongly recommend Covenant Air.

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"They made MAGIC happen on my bathroom walls!!! LOL!  They were courteous, professional and SKILLED!  I really thought the bathroom walls were going to have to be replaced they were so rough!  But it didn't take any time for Sherrie to assess what work needed to be done and she and I walked through the bathroom and I pointed out what I wanted the walls to look like.  She and Robert showed up when they said they would, looked at the work I wanted to have done, assessed what product they would need to perform the services I asked for and were just top notch professionals.  There are no longer any ugly unsightly wall scars, my light bar is now centered and they left the walls SMOOTH as a baby's bottom.  Sherrie actually came back AGAIN to sand, AND she vacuumed up all of the dust residue.  Nothing was tracked through the house, she used plastic sheeting and very obviously knew what she was doing!  Sherrie was extremely flexible in working with my erratic schedule (I am in sales) and is a real asset to Cobalt Construction.  Would definitely recommend HIGHLY and will definitely call on Cobalt Construction to have her come back for any future needs!

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
