"Called for an estimate on Monday 3/24. Michael came out the same day (actually within a couple hours). He provided me with quotes for R-38 and R-49 depth of blown-in loose fiber, as well as for removal of old insulation.  Per his recommendations, I went with R-38 and did not remove the existing, as it was spread very thin, pretty much non-existent in most areas of the attic. In fact, the space above the garage had no insulation at all.  He initially offered to do the work on that Thursday, but due to my schedule we agreed on the following Monday, 4/1. <br /> Michael and his assistant arrived  on Monday morning, completing the job in about 2-3 hours, no problems whatsoever.  I enjoyed working with Michael; he handled everything in a professional manner and he is personally involved in all phases, from the quote to the actual installation process. <br /> I highly recommend Murray Insulation. <br />"

When the two installers, Shad and Mike, realized they would be running late for my scheduled appointment, they called me a half hour prior to my appointment to let me know and confirm a later time in the morning would work for my schedule. I appreciated the courtesy call and their awareness that I might have a schedule conflict. When they arrived, they introduced themselves, confirmed I was the correct customer and went over the work order. They were careful moving their equipment through my home and cleaning up when they were done. Overall, everyone was friendly, informative, professional and the work was completed in a timely manner.</p> <br />"

"Outstanding. Perfect. Mario came out, gave me a quote to which I agreed. Got a senior discount too. He measured the attic very exactly and his measurement showed more square footage than another highly recommended contractor. However, I opted to use Phoenix Insulation because Mario was more accurate as it inspired more confidence even though the cost was $120 more than the other contractor. In any case, The 3-man crew showed up promptly at 8:30 and completed the entire job in less than 2 hours, which included installing 4 baffles to accommodate my O'hagen vents. The also insulated the attic hatch and brought the R value to R49. They put down plastic everywhere there hose went and vacuumed after they were done. Wonderful people and wonderful job."

Price was best of several estimates for adding fiberglass insulation in the attic of an older home. The two workers were excellent, especially considering the extreme Phoenix summer heat. When the left I noticed a crack in the ceiling not sure if the did it or if it was pre-existing. I never contacted them becausae of the doubt. I would rehire for any future insulation work. <br />"
