Also, a light was broken during the initial visit. We were told we’d be reimbursed for it and the new fixture would be installed but after months of back and forth and several delays, we ended up paying for and replacing it ourselves as we couldn’t get the specifics for what was needed in the fixture and just had a local contractor come out so we didn’t have a hole in our ceiling."
