"We were so happy with our experience with Randy from Paragon Services, we have had him out 2 times in the last month to address both the attic and the crawl space of our new home. After Randy and his team replaced our fiberglass insulation in the crawl space with spray foam, it raised the average air temperature on our first floor by over 15 degrees! I has made a HUGE difference right away and I can’t wait to see the $$ we save on our heating/air conditioning. Paragon Services is fast to respond to messages and phone calls. Randy was able to come out for a quote within a few days we were on the schedule within a week or two. On installation day, the crew was on time and professional. I was blown away by Randy’s knowledge and honesty. I never felt rushed during our conversations or pushed to commit to a purchase. He took his time to investigate the issues, develop an appropriate plan of action, and prepare a thorough quote. He went over everything with me to make sure I understood what he was proposing and why. I learned so much just in our few conversations. I also loved that he not only addressed the issue I called him out for, but made sure any related issues were addressed as well. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service is excellent! I definitely recommend Randy and Paragon Services!"

"I've used Thermal Comfort a few times in the past to insulate entire homes, but this time I had a small job. Although this was a small job, they didn't treat it as one. From the start, I called Dason and he came to my property right away to look at the scope of work. I told him I'd like to get the work done ASAP. Although they were busy he squeezed me in, I was on his schedule within a week. The two techs, Randy and Walt were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I will continue to use Thermal Comfort for my spray foam needs."

"They did a nice job overall. They had to remove siding outside and blow in the insulation. They also did have to insulate one wall on the inside of the house as it was bricked outside. They drilled holes in the walls to blow in the insulation. They then filled the holes and have them ready for me to prime and paint. They moved the furniture when needed. <br /> <br /> The windows did need caulking. The first window they used white caulk instead of clear. They did kinda a messy job , but then completed the job with clear caulk. It was completed nicely."

"In November of 2019, Jim of Energy Masters visited us and showed us what patio doors they had available with the pricing for each. He walked us through features and qualities so we could make an informed decision. We selected one we liked for its style and security as well as its price. He was also completely up front about the fact that we were coming into the off season and the manufacturers would not be producing until a bit later; we were fine with waiting until early to mid-winter before the new doors would be available. We locked in the pricing and paid the down payment. The patio door arrived in early February 2020 and was properly and efficiently installed by two workers in just less than 5 hours, despite it being a terribly cold day! We love our doors. They are worry-free and completely secure, and open up the view into our back yard. We felt that the professionalism and courtesy of the sales people as well as the professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship of the installers was first class. "The installers arrived on time and prepped the area to be sprayed by thoroughly covering areas that were not to be sprayed.  They sprayed areas between the joists with the spray foam insulation as proposed.  After the installation was complete, they cleaned up the area well.  The installers were very professional, considerate and extremley knowledgeable in their work.  I was very pleased with their work."
