I noticed in our mail thing that we are due for service on our system to keep our warranty up; to do so we are actually going to do a maintenance contract with them  it is about $96 yearly, but they come out and do inspections and everything. The owner is the one who came out and gave us a quote. We had them replace another system which was nor working correctly so the first the thing they did was send someone to inspect the old system to see what were the problems. They fixed it on the spot for free and did not even charge us to come out. They were very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us the entire time. They were very nice, professional and they got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a name brand system. It was a well worth investment to have it done right.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They showed up when they said they would and performed a rather nice transformation of a high moisture crawl space to one I no longer need to worry about. They installed new vapor barrier that unlike my old barrier actually covered the entire ground and was even cut around pillars, again unlike the old. They also installed a dehumidifier and rehung falling insulation batts, as well as sealed all the vents and along the foundation with foam. Finally it no longer smelly musty in the crawl space. Glad I did this before any wood damage had occurred, well worth the money. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the job was done right, including gladly extending down a condensate drain next to the foundation that I had only mentioned after they showed up, as well as my nit pickiness with making sure the insulation batts were all perfect. Based on my communication with the project manager, Brian and the owner, I have no doubt they'd be back in a heart beat if I had any problems."

I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! "It went fine. I had to call them back because something came loose in the connection after the first time. But they came back and took care of it. They came right away, but they had to come back. They did the cleaning, and there was no charge. I had them replace something as well while they were there and they didn’t do that right, and they had to come back. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. I just want my job completed and after that I won’t contact Remodel USA again!!"
