"I had a spring break and cables disconnect on my garage door. The breakage even bent my door at the top where the opener kept pulling after the break. I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to lube the doors with what and when. He was amazingly fast. Excellent job!"

"The materials and installation were fine. However, they installed the new tracks too low and the cabinets would not open more than 5 inches! I called several times to call it to their attention and basically was told their job was to install the garage door and any other issue not directly related to the door itself was my problem. I was not in a state to fight it so anything kept in those cabinets remains there. Their attitude was extremely unprofessional, particularly when the installer clearly was at fault. If you hire them, stand by and watch the installation!"

"I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. "On his first trip, Mr. Bracher drove to our home, measured the panel which needed replacing, and then also removed the appropriate half of the four-panel fireplace door.  He then ordered the replacement glass and installed it in his shop, so that upon his return to our home he needed only about 20 minutes to reinstall, "tune" and clean the entire fireplace door before he was on his way.  A minimum of disruption, and a maximum of congeniality and professionalism.  The price was in keeping with other companies I had contacted, but he was the only one on Angie's List, so that I felt more confident having him do the work.  Very pleased with the outcome.

"I bought an Angie's list deal for dry wall repair but really they just spread some spackle on it and left it rough. I had to scrape off the blobs of spackle left on the ceiling. My boyfriend could have done the same job. I wanted them to actually replace the dry wall where it was cracking. Mainly they wanted to sell me more jobs and pushed me to sign on with them to get new insulation in the attic. I had them give me an estimate on rain gutters while they were here. Their estimate/prices are very high. I think they have to pay for all those people manning the phones. It sounds like a boiler room when they call."

Dave the installer did a wonderful job! They also finish most of the work in time so that we could use the room to have our Thanksgiving Celebration.

We also used them again to install a sliding glass do from the existing part of the house to the sunroom.

"I purchased a Big Deal for $299 for 1 day of exterior stucco/plaster repair or installation! He came to see the job and he never came back to do the work. I'm not sure if the job was too small for him, he said he was going to do the work, but then never contacted me again."
