This is one of those instances; I cannot say enough, good things about the professionalism of the employees at the office and those that showed up on site to install wall insulation. They showed up at the beginning of the two hour window, which was fantastic and explained everything with upfront pricing. We even asked for additional insulation and they were able to accommodate. Our home walls are now insulated and we even noticed a difference right away. From the time of arrival to completion they were nothing but exemplary. "Top notch company. They came out and removed my old insulation and sanitized the attic. Came out after the new HVAC was installed to blow in the new insulation. There was an electrical issue in the attic and the crew did everything they could to trouble shoot it to help out. They went beyond their duty and was so professional about it. This is the only company I will use and highly recommend. Honest, reliable, professional and such a pleasure to work with."

"Very well. We competed three or four companies to help with a partial remodel, and were most comfortable with Progressive. One of our windows was a non-standard size with an arched top which had to be special ordered. The job was not without challenges, but Progressive was very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. Of particular note, when they replaced our slider which leads to a balcony, they took out our old slider and identified an issue with the water proofing that would cause long-term issues. They stopped their install so our general could remove tile on deck and modify pan before they installed the door. They could have just installed the door and not had to make a second trip back after the general contractor's rework to complete the slider install. We likely wouldn't have realized the problem for 4 or 5 years, but they did the right thing and paused so we could get an underlying issue resolved. I don't think you see that kind of integrity with a lot of contractors, but you do with Progressive."

"This is the second time we've worked with Viking Insulation. The first was through our contractor, when Viking insulated the exterior of the house (it was down to the studs during a stucco job) and also insulated our attic. As we had our 'sides and top' insulated but not our floors, we imagined that we were still losing heat (in winter) and A/C (in summer). That said, we knew it would be a tricky and difficult installation, given that the access is small, the crawl space is short and we have some HVAC ducts beneath the house. Our inquiry was answered promptly, we were given a very fair price per foot, and the work was scheduled and performed within two days. The guys who came to install the insulation were friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every bit of insulation, such that after they were done, no one would have been able to tell that numerous rolls of insulation had been brought into our yard, cut to size, dragged beneath our house, and installed. They affixed the insulation to the floor joists with wire, and left no wire or staples anywhere. We were very pleased with their work, and would recommend them highly. <br />"

He priced out various options for the job (appx 1000 sq ft) and we went with a mix of different insulation materials to meet our needs (both fiberglass batte and Roxul on the walls). We could not be happier with the results, and it has really lessened the use of the heater during the winter time."
