"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. He went to the local manufacturer's distribution and got a third one and it didn't work either so he went and got me a brand new upgraded unit and a discount for all the inconvenience. He's a good guy and I have no complaints whatsoever. Sometimes, some of the worker bees that he sends when he is on a job and somebody has to come and check something, they come right away but they are not necessarily as diligent as he is."

"The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. "Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!
