"Shawn was great.  He came on time and cleaned the dryer vent from inside the dryer and then went outside to clean that end of the vent.  He was done within 1/2 an hour.  When he was done I asked him for his card because I will definitely call him in a year to clean the vent again.  His company also does other cleaning services.  Good to know since I found him to be reliable.  Thanks Shawn!
