"Wonderful. I called PANDA and they came out in 2 days and did the work in 1. These brothers treat you right and do the right job! They did my central heat repairs 2 1/2 years ago and they were the first ones I called again when the air went and I was right to do so. Thank you Serge and Mark!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Mr. Park and his assistant installed the Thermal Zone air conditioner in one day in June, 2022 for a good price. He installed the central air conditioner with good knowledge and experiences and cleaned up professionally after the job was completed. He provides 90 days guarantee service for repair in case of any problems. In addition, he provided two free installations of two Honeywell thermostats including the parts. I would recommend his professional work to my friends and other customers. Great customer satisfaction with efficient installation!"

"Ariel and crew were very prompt and detailed with what they were going to do with the boiler project. We had a really outdated unit that never could heat up the entire house (we have a basement, 2 floors, and an attic). Ariel was very familiar with the unit we had and what we needed in order to get heat throughout the entire house. He recommended getting a new boiler, and then replacing a valve and a pipe so that the heat would have enough pressure to circulate throughout the entire house. Im happy to report that we have heat throughout, with the exception of a few problem radiators that would need an additional part to be installed so that air can be expelled from them. We are still in the monitoring phase, but I'm satisfied with the results thus far. I will report back to this review with an update in the upcoming weeks."

"Excellent service; as a gift for christmas my husband had a brand new central ac/heating system installed. My system works perfectly - the guys that came to do the installation got the job done quickly. I couldn't be happier. Can't wait for the summer - no more window AC systems!"

"Came and tried to repair an old furnace since the pilot would not light. We tried to replace a part and decided it was more cost efficient to install a new machine. Got a 10 year parts and 20 year furnace warranty. Was kind enough to credit us the work hours and parts for the failed fix. Work was done in a day and was of high quality and quick. This was also the only group that came on the same day for the fix."

"Budget restricted family saved by Nick today! Honest, high integrity standards, extremely knowledgeable, tech savvy, and response time was lightning quick! From the clear communication on the phone, to the up to the minute response via text, and then who and when the tech would be showing up...need I say more? Nick is as good as it gets, and know I can count on him, in the future when needed. No question. Our unit was fixed, cleaned, cold as ice. Even though we have to replace our upstairs unit (it is just old and time), the downstairs unit was saved! Nick, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you."
