"Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."

It took nearly 18 hours and three separate appointments to replace a single fuse under a warranty installed on November 4, 2025. The dispatch, scheduling, and supervisory staff were dismissive and unresponsive, demonstrating a complete lack of customer care. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Additionally, the failure itself appears to stem from incomplete installation guidance, as I was not properly advised on potential system vulnerabilities (such as power surges). They took the time to explain what all needed to be done prior to and during the install so that there were no surprises. Once done they took the time to explain how to operate the new thermostat. My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.

He responds to my need for help either instantly or within 24 hours, is professional and knows his business. Anyone he hires is up to his standards, and those are very high. Having a reliable and qualified plumber is key to survival, and for that need, I go to Robert!!

"The deck was very gray and dark. Moldy looking in spots. I had previously purchased deck cleaners from Home Depot and scrubbed my heart out, little improvement was seen. I priced other companies and this was a good deal for power washing and sealing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is for communication. I would have to call " Mel" and contact with the workers. The workers did not seem to speak English. Or even know what services I had paid for. But they did a fabulous job"
