"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

They also diagnosed that I had considerably high pressure, 110 in the house and adjusted that accordingly. I also chose to have them install a small heating system in the space under my house to help reduce problems with future pipe freezes. I have an unusual situation where my house is elevated because I am in a flood zone which makes the lower pipes more prone to freezing. They got the entire system and plumbing work done in a single day and now the underside of my house is much warmer and hopefully this will prevent future pipe freezes and bursts."
