"What an Amazing Company!! I had a Major Plumbing Issue after my son knocked the top off the toilet and busted the pipe that connects the water in to the wall. I got on Angie List and found Free Emergency Plumber.Com and within a half hour they were at my house. Not only did they fix the leak and the pipe for FREE, but the technician was also able to assist me in getting my house dried out (slightly flooded three or four rooms)! "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's. No water problems in basement. He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house. Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future. He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation. Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"Mr. tolbert was always on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his job every aspect of his job. I liked working with him because he gave his prices upfront, his prices did not change at the end, of the work. The work was very professionally done. I have had no leaks no problems of any kind since. I also forgot to mention that a pipe burst inside the wall in the guest bathroom shower there was a leak. He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I am very very happy with the work that Mr. Tolbert provides. I myself am a New Yorker new to the south and I like things done in a particular manner. Mr. Tolbert is very qualified. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable."
