"Chris and team did an absolutely fantastic job on our flooring install. First we were delayed due to supply constraints on the flooring itself, but Chris stayed in contact with me and we worked together to ultimately find a date that worked. The job ended up not being easy as the old hardwoods downstairs were all nailed into the sub-floor and the kitchen cabinets were installed over them. This meant that Chris had a much tougher time getting the old floor out and had to cut around all the cabinets. The change in floor height meant that we had to lower all the baseboards downstairs. Ultimately we filled a 30 cubic foot dumpster with all of the old stuff! Chris and team went the extra mile on everything that I asked him to do, even some extra projects that popped up - he had no issue tackling them. The overall job spanned almost 2 work weeks. Putting LVP on stairs is never easy, but Chris did an amazing job and the stairs look fantastic. Everything was cleaned up, and all of the remaining flooring etc was put together neatly in the garage. The end result of everything was great! We are so happy with the flooring we chose, as well as the work that was put into installing it. Chris is hard working, communicates well, offers fair pricing compared to big box installers and will work with you on customizing what you want. Thanks!!"

"My contractor was Deep Rooted Flooring and our contact was Christian. We were contacted by him and discussed replacing a floor around the commode in the bathroom. I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. He was at the job site at the time he said and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable About flooring and the type that should be used. He was cordial and answered all of our questions. We were very satisfied with the job as completed, in fact They did a couple of additional items we did not expect. "Overall, Lee's Custom Flooring did a very good job at installing our new flooring. Justin was on the ball and was very helpful in selecting the type of flooring we needed. Justin and his crew did a great job moving furniture without breaking anything. The total job was 4 days and the floors look good. I would have given a 5 star review except that there were a few things that need further attention but was unable to get them corrected. After trying several times to contact Justin, I left a couple of voicemails that were never returned. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work!"
