Our boiler/heating system was installed incorrectly from the start, so what was supposed to be a quick job turned into something more extensive since he had to rewire all our zones so all the components worked together properly. It was more expensive than we intended, but he also fixed an major and ongoing issue for us, which we appreciated since we have a tenant. He also potentially saved us a $10K plus equipment replacement by diagnosing a very small issue (a $35 heat sensor needed replacing). That's priceless when money is tight.
