I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Stay Dry was contacted by phone (message left) I was promptly called back and situation was described to them. Their solution was the polyurethane injections. A time was set up for them to do the work.  Matt was promptly on time; fully explained what he was going to do and what would have to be done by myself few days after he was done and the injections had dried. Work sight was neat with hardly anything to have to clean up.. I couldn't fully report on the success of the job until we had heavy rains the end of June and early July. The repaired wall had no leaks.

I would definitely recommend Nail it Down Remodeling. The owner is very much involved in all aspects of the job. He's a Christian man who genuinely cares and makes sure that all work is done to his high standard. Everything was done timely and exactly as promised. The quality of work is top notch! He takes time to even do the little things that mean so much!

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.
