"Awesome company! Called on Friday and they came out first thing Saturday morning. Another company supposedly tried to snake the drain then told me the drain couldn't be unclogged and the basement floor had to be dug up to get to the main pipe to replace it- $5,000- $7,000!! Along came AllClear and said there was no way the drain could have been snaked without cutting the pipe as it was a double sink- so he cut the pipe and found the clog in the trap- snaked the main pipe where there were no problems and now the water runs right on through. They removed the old water heater and installed a 40 gallon gas Bradford White heater with a pan. A new supply value was also installed and all the piping and gas connections were checked to make sure they were updated to code. The filing of the permit with the township was also included as part of the overall price. They also stopped by at no charge to re-pipe the master bathroom sink. There was a shared wall between the new water heater and the master bathroom."
