I called them on January 10th due to a lack of heating in my home, and to date, I am still enduring the winter without any resolution. The utter lack of responsiveness from this company is nothing short of infuriating. This is not the first time I have faced such incompetence from King Mechanical. Last year, on November 14th, I encountered the same issue with my heating system. It took them until January to finally address the problem, leaving me shivering in my own home for an extended period. Unfortunately, it seems that history is repeating itself. What is truly baffling is their complete disregard for customer communication. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending text messages, I have yet to receive a response from King Mechanical. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and forced to endure the winter chill within the confines of my own home. It's evident that King Mechanical's lackadaisical approach to customer service is a recurring theme, and they seem indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and a timely resolution to issues, especially when it comes to something as essential as heating during the winter months. I strongly advise anyone considering King Mechanical for their HVAC needs to think twice. The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust. "The company answered my query within an hour after I submitted it through the site. They dispatched someone in an hour. Both were big pluses. The tech inspected my breakers, the A/C outside, and the air handler in my attic. He found a sensor was being tripped due to water buildup in a line? Why hasn't this happened once since I bought the A/C unit 5 years ago I wondered. The tech fixed the sensor and left. $170 or so. The same problem happened within a month. I called again. They dispatched someone else via text. Then shortly after they dispatched the same guy Matt that "Fixed" the sensor the first time. He checked it, disconnected it, and left it hanging down from my attic door. He said he'd need some nitrogen to blow out a line due to water build up and fix the sensor again. I never heard from him or anyone else again. The follow up from this company is non-existant. Also the "water issue" I found out was not a real problem from the 2nd company called."

"BE ADVISED: Stay Away from Oasis Air. I deeply, deeply regret doing business with Oasis Air. The horror story starts back in 2023, which sold me an Ecoer unit and it took two install teams to get it right. I went two months without AC, until they got it right. Fast forward to 2025, I just had Douglas out to do my maintenance in April. He identified a leak in my eval coil!! He said the office would get back to me to schedule a repair (Never happened). Literally 15 calls to the office. I get "Tim (so-called service manager) is on the phone and will call you back. He is the only one who can schedule". Next excuse "fighting with Ecoer and it takes time." Then the best one. Ecoer says your unit must fail first before they will fix it. I HAVE A LEAK and live in AZ. Why would I wait for my AC to fail before the summer comes? I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty---and Oasis Air won't do a darn thing! At this point, I am going to file a complaint with the Registar of Contractors."

Even 15 to 20-year-old systems can have plenty of life left in them if you care for them properly. We'll replace your old HVAC system when we have to, but not before we have to. Shouldn't we at least try to fix the one you've got with a reasonably priced repair? Keep your hard-earned money in your pocket as long as you can, and hire someone who wants to fix your system right the first time.
