Fernando and his co-installer were efficient, worked in horrible heat. The outdoor temperature was 105+. Fernando explained everything and showed us how to use the thermostat and change the filters. Then a senior technician, Robert, came and did a complete inspection and sign off of the job. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries.
