"Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. Many thank for both of you: John and Kurt from Bauer family."

"I found them for my parents. They came right out and looked at the unit, hoping to be able to just replace a part or two. He did try to jump-start it and get it to work, but it would not start up so we ended up replacing the unit. From the inspection, to replacing the pump, to replacing the unit was 3 days. They were fast, did great work and were very professional."

"I had a small time frame during which the work could be done. The service provider scheduled me the same day and was at the house within 2 hours. The repair took only about 15 minutes. Adam (the owner of the company) is the one who did the work. He was very courteous and professional."
