"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

"Great service as always! Took our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Jan 15, 2020 to have the front struts replaced and an Alignment. About 3 days ago (Feb 24th) the passenger side wheel started making a popping noise when driving at speeds under 30 miles per hour. Called Coachman and they said to bring it in. Took it in this morning and they immediately took it in to find and correct the issue. Within about 1 hour got a call that the problem had been found and corrected. No charge at all to fix I have used Coachman over the years on various vehicles and always feel like they are very honest and do great work at reasonable prices and have frequently recommended them to friends. "Prior to meeting Darren and Anthony, I found their company here on Angie's List but there were no reviews. I decided to take a chance, and I am glad that I did! Darren was very courteous and knowledgeable on the phone. The quote he provided me didn't change once they arrived. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. Prior to entering my home, they covered their shoes and went to work. They ensured that my furniture was protected and covered before they started. All of my vent covers were meticulously cleaned and look brand new and as dirty as they were, that was impressive. As Anthony cleaned all of the vents and my blower motor/fan, Darren began cleaning the ducts. Once the ducts were clean (huge noticeable difference) and covers back on, they swept and vacuumed the whole house. After the sweeping and vacuuming, my AC system was sanitized. As I sit here and type this, besides the new looking vent covers and the amazingly fresh smell, you would never know that Darren and Anthony were here. They are polite, knowledgeable and most importantly respectful, not only to their customer but to your home as well. "Luke the install technician came out and did a reseal on a supply plenum for me, explained the process and how it would be fixed in way to make me understand what the issue was and how it would be remedied. Great communication on his part throughout the whole process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Kept his work area clean and when the job was completed he made sure to tidy up afterwards. Work that was done looked sharp and clean, did not look messy. Also could not complain about the price for the type of work preformed! Effective and efficient overall. Will definitely be reaching out to Luke for any further HVAC issues! Will recommend."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!"

He told us exactly what was wrong and where to buy the replacement part. He didn't try and sell us expensive additional services or anything which is greatly appreciated. "He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.
