His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"I needed my heat fix. Tony came over to diagnose the situation. He was very thorough. I have knee problems and was unable to go downstairs do my daughter went down with him. He was explaining and showing her what he saw. He came upstairs and showed me pictures of my unit. When he was finished, he presented me with several options. No one has ever taken time to explain my furnace. I selected a new furnace because my old furnace was too old. Thank Tony! I will definitely recommend him to service your heating unit. Thank you so much! We are getting HEAT! Thanks ABC"

"Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!"

"We have used Bayside Heating and AC for many years and currently have a maintenance agreement with them. when it is time for maintenance they will call and schedule a time to come out. the Service Technician, Doug, was friendly and professional. He recommend we have system cleaned to keep the unit running smoothly. Because it is an older unit we felt it would be a good investment. We appreciate their honesty and continue to be happy with Bayside Heating and AC."

"The crew who installed our new heat pump was very professional. The salesman explained how the heat pump would work in our home without getting very technical so that a homeowner who is not in the business would understand the benefits. We took another step and replaced all of our ductwork since it was damaged and clearly needing replacing. So very glad that we got both new ductwork and new LG heat pump installed with AirNow."

"Nate came out the next day and diagnosed my issues in less than 30 minutes! Had the repair done in under an hour! Awesome guy, amazing service 5 stars"

"He came over and inspected the system, outside and in and took the appropriate temperature readings. He removed the grate and removed my son's word cards returning them to me. He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat. Very trustworthy guy. Will be using again!
