We were required to leave the home with 2 cats for a little less than 24 hrs. Amanda recommended a pet friendly hotel a couple of miles away. She also compensated us for the stay there. The company is also providing all the paperwork for energy rebates and Pearl Certification which is a nationwide appraisal of added value to the home for the improvements. The owner, who came to write my estimate, was a delight to talk to. The scheduler was flexible and responsive. And the young men who performed my job were very respectful and professional. They took pictures before the job began, at the mid point when all of the very old insulation had been removed, and at the end showing the walls spayed with cellulose, and loose insulation at the proper depth.
