"Spray foam insulation in the basement (rim joist and the walls). Two inches maintained quite well, a few spots were 1.75 inches but most of it was consistently two inches. The rim joist area was done quite well with a few areas not quite getting the 2 inches. With a respirator on, the spray head nozzle, and the pipes in the way I don't know if I could have gotten those few spot any better. <br /> Workers were punctual, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thinking about having my attic done too. <br />"

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

We had the existing screened patio room remodeled with windows, new doors, new insulated ceiling, ceiling fans and lights, tile floor, and had the existing brick walls painted. As a few problems were found with the house during the remodeling process Arthur brought them to our attention and worked with us to rectify them as well. We ended up having a new rubber roof put on our patio room and the underground drainage system that was causing our basement water problem was redone as well. "The weather turned cold again in April 2012 , and my heat pump no longer blew warm air when I turned it back on. I looked around on Angie's list for someone to service it and settled on Service Experts. It's been a while since I had the service done, but I recall that they were able to schedule me an appointment for one or two days from when I called them. The service technician was prompt and friendly. He found the causes of my problem quickly. I had a capacitor that needed changing, and I needed a freon recharge. Looking back at my receipt, this one-time service and repair would have cost $242.00 for everything. The service tech talked me into a 1 year service agreement for $169.00 that included some discounts on the work performed that day as well as an additional maintenance appointment later in the year. It seemed like a good value, and I don't regret the choice. They called me at the beginning of winter to schedule the maintenance appointment, which was a good thing as I had entirely forgotten about it. My heat pump has performed admirably all winter. Overall, I'm happy with the work and will be renewing my service contract for another year. <br /> <br />"

What has impressed me most about the Southwest folks was how motivated and skilled the two guys that did most of the construction were... Troy and Key really excel in my book, and they obviously love the kind of challenging work they do. Come sun or rain , they were here early and motivated and ready with a plan to get 'er done. Communication and Status updates are very good top-down = Service Manager and VP (Kevin) Kept all of us in the loop informed... Even after the initial startup and walk around... to make sure each Builder, Contractor, and Customer is Happy and on the same sheet of music. Noteworthy: When the guys who are actually building your sunroom care enough to call and remind you "that if anything should go wrong this weekend [ because of an approaching tropical storm ] please just call us, we will be home all weekend." That is when you know Southwest has attracted some really Great Employees ! By the way, the new roof and guttering held back and dispersed an incredible amount of rain. The cleanup was always immaculate every day and at Completion = You almost can't tell they were even here and the Mud had been very high... Well, I lied just a little; There is this incredibly fine building attached to our little home. It is really more of a cathedral than a Sunroom ! "Their service seems to be going fine. They come out for me once a year and it is $237.00. A couple years ago, they did some other changes for me; they changed out 4 crawlspace vents. They also treated some fungus that they saw on the floor. They then also convinced me to insulate under the floor's crawlspace, I was reluctant to do that. They kept bringing the price down and I let them do that. The hard sale for insulation bothered me. A couple of years later, we had a mold issue. The insulation then had to be removed by another company. My renter is able to be home when they do come out to perform the service."
