"It cost a lot , it was on a weekend and we did not have a lot of choice. They came out, they were prompt. It was on a weekend and so, I had to pay through the nose for the service call. I had them recharge the system to find out where the leak was. The price was average. They did good work, we didn't have to have them back again. for responsiveness, they were good. They came out within 2 hours from when I called. They were punctual. We don't live there anymore but if we still lived in that area, I would call them back. It was a good experience. It took a couple of hours. the service technician was good. They did a good job, we didn't have to have them back."

"Our chimney was emitting smoke into the family room and I thought it was because it needed to be cleaned (we had just moved in so there was no history of how this chimney behaved previously). We called this company and were able to easily schedule them to come over for the service within a week or so. They came and cleaned the chimney as requested (it turned out not to be dirty after all) and also replaced the chimney cap because, in their estimation, it was coming apart. Unfortunately I could not be at home while they were home and my daughter was the one supervising the whole thing. The chimney continued to pour smoke into the room after the service call as before so we called them back to see if it was blocked somewhere. They came back within a few days and looked up the chimney and declared there was no blockage as they could see the cap and the sky beyond. So it is very possible the problem is in the design of the chimney but the people who came were not helpful at all in suggesting options to fix the problem. Their attitude was that they have done the job for which they were hired and now it was my problem. So, while they did indeed do their job they didn't help me fix the problem."
