He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. "We hired Overall Plumbing Heat & Cooling to replace a kitchen faucet and are very happy with the experience. When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. Sam & AJ went above and beyond to go purchase the necessary part rather than coming back another day and have us wait. They arrived promptly within the scheduled window, reviewed pricing and made sure the job was up to our standards before leaving. "It went well at the time. The furnace installation price included a 3 year service contract for my 2 ac units and 2 furnaces.  I have had 3 maintainance  services so far which were ok.  Now they seem to have gone out of business for the last 4 months.  I am still due 3 more included  maintainance  service calls.   Are they coming back in business or am I out the money and hire someone else?"

"Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

"The experience was excellent. I would recommend Schultz bros. to anyone looking to have work done. He arrived on time for both the appointments - estimate and service. We went through the job to discuss what I need to have done and how that could be achieved with to my satisfaction. On the installation day, we re-confirmed the plan and he went to work. As the problem arose, which they always do when doing old work(replacing or installing in older homes) we discussed what to do and how to solve the problem. In the kitchen, we had to install a second GFCI in a double box to get the proper amount of room for wires. The rest of kitchen installation went as planed. For the bathroom GFCI, he had to pull wires to attic, run them over to the bathroom and drop them down the wall. The bathroom installation was pretty straight forward, but was time consuming. After completing the work he checked circuits and finished cleaning up, he also clean up as he work to keep the mess to a minimum. He finished on time and was within quoted price. I was very happy with the quality of the work and his professionalism.

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"
