They were our last estimate before making a decision and honestly at that point, we weren't feeling confident about going forward project we initially had planned for 2026, with the tax credits expiring we decided to potentially move up the project a bit. At that point we hadn't gotten good vibes from the earlier estimates. But immediately when meeting Johnathan, our feelings changed. He was kind, thoughtful and really listened to our needs. Towards the end of the estimate when we sat down to go over his suggestion, our retired research beagle who is normally skiddish around new people, laid down on top of his feet. As the saying goes, dogs just know. After witnessing that and our experience with Johnathan, we udecided to move forward with the project.
