His two workers came out, and actually waited for me for about 15 minutes, while I arrived at the house. They were not upset about having to wait - extremely professional. In about an hour I had my entire attic insulated. I work from home and hardly knew they were there. I would absolutely recommend and hire them again!"

"Smith's Insulation was an all around great experience. Kenn was prompt on answering/returning my calls. He even came out on a Saturday to do the estimate, so I wouldn't have to take off from work. Kenn did a great job of educating me on what I had and needed. They gave me the time/date they were going to do the work...got me on schedule about a week later. "They came out quickly (within 3 days of calling) to provide a estimate. He was very professional, asked questions to find out what I was wanting, inspected the roof then made suggestions, and offered options. The offer was printed off right there including a detailed list of all charges, copies of insurance (and I think bonds?). Over the next two weeks I had 3 other companies give me estimates and no one even came close to the professionalism of Foster. I went with them because of how they handled the initial estimate process even though their bid wasnt the lowest (although still very competitive, price was very close to the lowest). On the morning of the install they prepped covering some bushes next to the house, and even cut some tree limbs that were touching the roof. The work was done very quickly, about 6 hours for 5 guys (it's a small house, simple roof). When done they did a nice job cleaning up, in fact the driveway was cleaner than when they started, and even after more than a month I havent found any nails or other debris. I waited until several heavy rains had passed thru before writing this review and I'm glad to say no leaks have shown up. Very happy with the service and results, they acted professionally thru out the process and the results reflect that professionalism."

They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They showed up at appointed time and then telephoned me with their assessment.... Which included going up and inspecting details, photos, and overall potential for future integrity.
