Communicated regular updates throughout the project including when they were held up at the supply house and would be an hour later than promised. Continued to keep us in the loop whenever he found other issues, and completed it all in the 3 days promised (which included fixing additional issues he found as he opened up the pipes) I will definitely be using Overflow again, and I would 100% recommend them.
