"Shawn was very thorough in attempting to find moisture and the source of a sudden onslaught of gnats in our basement. I had the area exterminated and followed up with Ortho Home Defense spray and we have had no gnats or flies and there have been none in last few days on all our glue boards. Shawn checked a main drain and its surroundings into the floor and saw no evidence of moisture or further flies. I trust his evaluation and feel our efforts to treat for flies have been successful."

He could not get the valve beside the toilet to turn off so he turned off my main water valve to the house. He only opened up the faucet upstairs unit Downstairs unit was not open and my water heater, which is electric was not turned off now I m getting an alarm on my water heater saying it has been compromise. I consulted a plumber and was told that the water heater should ve been turned off because it s electric and he should ve bled the water heater After he turned the water back on. So the alarm is still on my water heater."
