"Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful. Moe was all willing to answer any and all questions i had about the leaking water heater and quoted me a price to install a new heater and also questions about shower replacement. "AC condenser wires were corroded. Ac didn’t work at all. I reached out to Finesse last night & Chris promptly replied. He was on time & started work immediately. Chris showed me the problem & quoted the price before starting the job. His work was clean. He wore mask/shoe covers in my home (most repair people by me don’t do that!). Pricing was fair. I’m satisfied with the work & will use the company in the future."
