"My garage door Spring that helps the door roll up broke. I had no idea until I went to open the door...It would not open manually either. I called Neighborhood Garage Door and they were at my house in 45 minutes. I chose to spend a little more to have a second spring and new rollers installed. "My existing french patio door had an unusual width, 73 1/2 instead of standard 72. I was going to buy the door from HomeDepot at first, but any time you custom order, the price more than doubles from their in-stock price. So, I just had Caleb get the door from his supplier. I got a Masonite door installed for $1250. Caleb brought the door and custom made it on site, frame and all. The new door has a nice frame that has vinyl bottom to prevent it from rotting, which was one of the reasons why I got this door replaced. As mentioned in other reviews, Caleb is very skilled and detail oriented. During installation, he noticed that the header board was not properly secured and even fixed that. Overall, I was very impressed and very happy with the new door.
In fact, I was so happy with the installation that on the very same day I asked him for an estimate on a new job. For some reason, my house doesn't have access to attic space above my kitchen. So, I asked if he could install a door from my living area upstairs that can lead to that area. I obviously hired him again. Caleb ordered a solid core door and installed it another day. He opened up a hole through the drywall, installed new frame for the door, did all the weather stripping since it's facing attic space. Door and installation cost $600. Again, I am very happy with the installation. I'll definitely hire Caleb for all my future door needs.

"Excellent! I had an emergency; needed the door replaced as fast as possible. Adi completed the work the day after I called. He was professional and thorough, working past 5 on a Saturday. The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. When I noticed some gapping the next day, he came right back and made adjustments. The door is seated securely and looks great. Overall, quick, gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. "Steve answered the phone when I called Dallas Glass and Mirror explaining that I needed someone to measure and give me a price quote for a frameless shower door and side panel. He was very friendly and professional throughout the call. He was able to come out the next day and measure for the frameless shower door that I needed. While he and his assistant were measuring, the assistant noticed that my bathroom window was very foggy. He stated, “Have you thought about replacing that window?” I explained that I had thought about it, but that we were spending so much money renovating our bathroom and that we hadn’t budgeted for the window. I had received 4 other price quotes for the shower door before Steve had come out, so I was expecting a certain price. Steve said that he could measure the window and give me a price quote for replacing it. I knew it wouldn’t hurt to go ahead and get a quote so that we could budget for it in the future. Within approximately 10 minutes of leaving, I had received a text from Steve with the quote for the shower door, side panel and the bathroom window. He had explained to me that he was usually more expensive than other companies on the frameless shower doors because he uses superior hardware. He explained how much the hardware that he uses costs, so I was astounded when I received his text with the price quote. He quoted me $1195.00 for the frameless shower side panel and door that is about 8” taller than the average shower door. His price was about $300 less than the least expensive quote I had received from the other companies that I had called. He also told me that since I had used Angieslist, I would receive 10% off of my total. This gave us room in our budget to go ahead and order the bathroom window that desperately needed to be replaced. He quoted us $465 plus 10% off for the 46”x46” safety glass window. He explained that his supplier was behind so the estimated time frame would be 7-10 business days between placing the order and installation. Exactly 10 business days later, Steve came out to install my beautiful new shower door and bathroom window. I was amazed at what a huge difference it made on the overall look of my bathroom. He was at my house for approximately two hours doing the installation. Afterward, he explained in detail exactly what cleaning agents to use as well as how much and how often. He gave detailed instructions on how long to avoid touching the glass, when we could start using the shower, etc. He also explained why the seal on my original bathroom window had failed. The builder had installed it backwards! I was so happy with his work that I asked him to give me a price quote on some other windows that we need the glass replaced in. As soon as we’re ready to replace them, Dallas Glass and Mirror is who we will call!"

"The work was started on a Friday, but rain interrupted the work. The final two clear coats were done the following Monday afternoon. The door color and wood grain appearance look as good now when it was new. The refinishing process requires that the door be removed and laid out on sawhorses. The work was all done in my front yard. I have a storm door, so no temporary sheeting was necessary. If it had not started raining, the whole process would have been completed in about 6 hours."

"Affordable Siding and Windows completed a project on my home in April, 2018, Since that time, I have had one or two issues to come up on different occasions regarding my home and the possible concerns I had with the installation of the siding. Jesse, at my request, came to my home each time to check out those concerns. As it turned out, NONE of those issues had anything to do with the way the vinyl siding was installed. He immediately took care of each problem, whether it was a leak coming from my roof or a door jammed that needed to be repaired. Jesse did the necessary repairs efficiently even though those repairs, again, had nothing to do with the installation of the siding. This man is "God Sent"!
