This job involved new construction for both doors so I wanted the installer to arrive earlier than 10:00.   I talked to several individuals at the company but could not get any help on this issue.  I even asked to speak with the owner but the said he was out of town. The excuse was that the installer had to go to the warehouse to get the doors before going to a customers house. Not a good reason to me.  Every major thing I've done to my home the installers had to pick up the materials before coming to my house and they were at 8:00.  The installer arrived on time and had every thing he needed to do the job.  The front door was installed in about 3/12 hours with out damage to my walls or molding.  He cleaned up very well around the inside and outside of the house.  The side door was installed in about the same amount of time.  There was some damage to the drywall around the door on the inside of the house and the installer did not caulk around the molding like he did the front door.

When I called the company about it they gave me a hard time about sending someone out to patch the holes because I signed the paper work.  The second person I talked to said someone was coming out the next day but instead I got a phone call saying I should not have signed the paper work.  I explained to her that I understood that but the holes were put there by the installer and they should repair them. I told her I had pictures so she had me email them to her. When no one called me back I called them again they were still trying not to send some one out. When I told Roz that the money for the doors was being provided by a grant and I was not going to approve final payment until the holes were fixed she arranged for someone to come out the next day.  It took the guy 15min to patch the holes and caulk around the door.   

I asked for the owner to give me a call because I wanted to talk to about their customer service but have yet to hear from him.

"That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."
