"I had another company diagnose a compressor failure on my 9 year old heat pump. I decided to get a new heat pump. After calling around and getting quotes I went with Fresh Air because they sell name brand products and were very responsive and punctual unlike all other companies I got quotes from. "They installed a new programmable thermostat when the furnace was installed. It was difficult for me to program so when they came out for a routine inspection I asked that it be replaced. The serviceman was very patient in showing me how to program the new thermostat and gave me a discount for being a repeat (plan) customer."
