She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Elite responded promptly to my Angie's List post, and sent out a technician the same day. John, the technician, provided a thorough analysis of what was wrong with my door, and gave me three repair options to choose from. The other 2 companies to give me bids only spoke of the immediate problem with the door, not taking into account that the system operating it was over 20 years old. Had I chosen either of them, my door would have been operational, but because of its age, would no doubt be in need of additional service a few years down the road. While Elite's bid was the highest, I feel confident that I made the best choice in hiring them to repair my garage door. Not only was John professional, polite, and punctual, he very patiently explained the purpose and function of all the new hardware he installed, as well as how to keep the garage door opening and closing smoothly for years to come. And Elite's 10-year warranty was also a key selling point. All in all, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. "After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous.
The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible.

"We are selling our home and the buyer's inspection said that our windows would not hold open. I called William Boston and he was very helpful on the phone and even though he was very busy he asked one of his workers to come out to the house to see what needed to be done. His evaluation was that when the windows were cleaned they were not replaced properly. He took each window out and realigned them so that now they work well and the windows stay in place when opened. I want to thank him for his responsiveness and his ability to do the necessary repairs.

"We worked primarily with Connor, Mike and Jack to have all the windows and doors replaced in our DC row home, as well as having our back doorway turned into a large bay window and former window turned into a doorway (substantial masonry work). We had a lot of questions about the masonry work beforehand, and both Connor and Mike came out to our house multiple times (once with the mason) prior to signing a contract to walk us through the process. Connor and Mike were incredibly patient and helpful as we went back and forth via email over a span of weeks to ensure that we were 100% confident in the products we ended up selecting (Sunrise Restoration windows, ProVia doors). Connor’s communication was consistently exceptional, we would always get a quick response to emails/texts/calls and were regularly updated on the status of our order (delayed due to COVID-19). Connor was even able to provide a long-term financing option at our request. Once the products had arrived, Jack arranged our install dates and set expectations for the work. AWS showed up with a large crew of 10-12 workers who were all respectful, friendly and thoughtful as they maneuvered swiftly throughout our home. Connor and Jack were present to oversee a lot of the work, though the crew needed little direction. The speed at which the team operated was impressive, and the quality of the install did not suffer as a result. Although we had purchased inserts rather than full tear replacements, some of our window frames had deteriorated and AWS replaced the damaged wood frames without hesitation. Given the small size of our home, we weren’t able to get much done while the team was working but luckily my partner and I both had work off during the two install days. During the installation we realized that one of the initial door measurements had been off, and Mike very kindly offered to order a correctly sized replacement door at no cost to us. A couple months after the initial install, Connor and Jack returned when the replacement door was ready and also inspected all the windows and doors to ensure that everything was perfect. I cannot overstate the level of dedication to customer satisfaction we experienced with AWS. As I said, this was not a small job and we could not be happier with the final outcome. Even when unexpected challenges arose along the way, Mike, Connor and Jack put our wants and needs first in determining the appropriate solution. AWS is a truly professional operation, and we’d highly recommend them to our family/friends/anyone considering new windows or doors."

"turns out they don't service my particular type of install (non-professional / home builder contractor). Technician clearly explained the differences and said they could service it if I replaced a component with one they do service. however, since it was working just fine, the cost to replace made no sense. I appreciated his candor and honesty. If we ever have to replace the door and need a professional installer, Beltway is definitely on the list of those to call."

"We were very pleased with MW Construction.  From the very beginning, MW Construction was willing to accommodate our schedule.  Byron came to our home in the evening to discuss the project and take notes for the estimate.  We appreciated that he was willing to accommodate our work schedule and fight traffic on I-95 South!  The estimate was prepared within a few business days.  MW Construction was one of the few firms to provide a comprehensive estimate, including materials and labor.  
Once we signed the contract, Byron and Greg helped us choose materials.  We appreciated their assistance, especially when ordering the tile!  They thought of things we never even considered!
Two skilled employees (crew) completed the majority of the work.  They arrived shortly after 8am and worked until 5pm.  They took good care of our home, laying cardboard from the front door to the door of the bathroom to protect our wood floor.  They also covered our furniture with plastic to keep it clean.  A project manager stopped by the house every day to check on the progress.  We were able to reach Greg or Byron by phone, text, or e-mail.  For the most part, we received a response the same day.  Greg took the time answer our questions, regardless of how crazy they were (we watch too much HGTV).
MW Construction was also kind enough to help us fix some minor storm damage from Hurricane Sandy in our living room at no additional charge!
The crew completed the project in three weeks.  The project manager performed a final walk-through with us to correct any minor issues.  We were very satisfied with the work.  The bathroom looks fantastic and is the envy of our neighbors!  We already have our next project planned and hope to have MW Construction complete the work.  While their price was slightly higher than other contractors we interviewed, they went above and beyond our expectations!  Their work speaks for itself.  Highly recommended!"

They've painted a powder room and installed a vanity, light and mirror in it, they've installed in-line water filters, and there even put in an area of hardwood flooring. They are fast and friendly, I would definitely recommend them and rely on them for my handyman needs."
