"Provider was prompt, friendly, and quickly accomplished the work. However, we were told he would install a convenient, hinged door which would close over the filter opening to make easy to change filters. We called about it and he agreed to come back out and do it. Unfortunately, instead of a hinged door, he installed a flimsy piece of sheet metal over the opening, held in place by a few sheet metal screws. This means having to unscrew and re-screw the cover every time we need to change filters. This is even less convenient than simply replacing a piece of duct tape every time.
We should add that he was nice enough to come back out and investigate and solve a problem with a loud whistling sound in the duct work which was not due to the installation.
