"Upon changing my AC filter, I saw the ceiling filter hanging from the ceiling. There was a huge hole up into the attic. (I had the ducts replaced about 9 months ago). Air Pros reached out to me as a result of my searching on Angi’s list. I sent him pictures, he responded immediately, told me what I needed and he could send a technician out the next day. His technician built a plenum box for my AC unit inside, looks great. Price was average. Thank you Air Pros. *However, the company that installed the new ducts should have installed the plenum box."

"I highly recommend DilMak Services ! They replaced the entire duct work of a house built in 1957. Another company said it could not be done without cutting through the ceiling since there was only 12â Attic crawl space. They quoted me the price to tear into the ceiling where the ducts would be installed, the price to install along with the price to repair the ceiling. DilMak came to the rescue and made one hole in the ceiling and magically changed all ducts. They were finished in one day and the price was significantly less since they didnâ t have to tear through the ceiling ! They were very respectful and courteous as well! "My central heating unit passed its inspection.  Yea!  I have been doing business with the guys from Climate Magic for several years which also includes hearing Michele's sunny voice on the phone.  i appreciate now that since I am a senior citizen, the guys looking out for me.  Lonnie discovered my CO alarm had an expired expiration date.  He also placed the new one on the wall to accommodate my height thus allowing me be able to check it frequently.

"Their service has been fantastic. We are very pleased every time they come out. We had bought our air conditioning from a different company two years ago, and when we started getting problems, we called Aire Serv, because they were available, and when we had to replace the second unit, we called them, and they came on out and took care of everything. They are great, and their pricing is competitive. I don't think their prices are significantly less or more, but I would say that their quality is much better. I really like their representatives. We used to call them in the evenings, and over the weekends, and they would come out, and not charge us overtimes. One of their technicians lives in our neighborhood, so one time we had a problem over the weekend, and he just came in and looked at the system. They are very responsive, and they come out when they say they will. Sometimes they may be a little late, but overall they give a 1 or 2 hour windows, and they are usually here during the window. I haven't had a problem with any of them. They also offer a nice plan where you set up a plan for $130 and they take care of our 2 units and check them both out."

Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"We determined that Air Care Today was the best company from the four estimates that we received for replacing our two air conditioners/heating systems. The cost of the two systems was very reasonable and their attentiveness to the customer experience was outstanding. Our experience started with the office staff that scheduled a home visit for a quote. We had several contacts with the staff and they were always very professional and helpful. The salesman that came to the house was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that would enhance the systems. He explained the warranty in detail and the company’s yearly service contract. The installers were prompt and did an outstanding job. Afterwards they took the time to explain what they specifically did during the installation and to explain the Wi-Fi thermostat to us. Overall I would recommend this company without any reservations."

"Prior "tune up" service provider apparently messed up the hvac and then tried to sell me a replacement scenario over $3000 or a new unit for over $4000.  Next Service guy, as above noted, explained all the problems and the disconnected wiring left by the prior folks, and said it could be fixed for around $200, but it cost $410 as indicated above.  I do not think he arbitrarily increased his bill--just found more stuff that needed fixing than originally contemplated, and had to make a second trip out with one of the parts needed.
