"Upon changing my AC filter, I saw the ceiling filter hanging from the ceiling. There was a huge hole up into the attic. (I had the ducts replaced about 9 months ago). Air Pros reached out to me as a result of my searching on Angi’s list. I sent him pictures, he responded immediately, told me what I needed and he could send a technician out the next day. His technician built a plenum box for my AC unit inside, looks great. Price was average. Thank you Air Pros. *However, the company that installed the new ducts should have installed the plenum box."

Gary was thorough in his approach to examining your previous system. After measuring the outflow and intake from our upstairs unit, Gary advised us that there was not sufficient intake and outflow. This required installing a new intake and replacing a considerable amount of ducting. It also required relocating the attic unit to be closer to the areas to be cooled/heated.

In reviewing the proposals, Gary reviewed each in detail and discussed the pros and cons of each unit. We elected to install the top line product from Lennox.

On the assigned morning Gary and his crew of 4 showed up on time and commenced work immediately.  The crew was dedicated, friendly and focused. The work performed in the attic was top quality. Gary, the owner was on site for the installation 95% of the time.  When completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside.

I would recommend Gary and Climate Magic without hesitation. We garnered three bids for this work and we decided to go with Climate Magic because of the owners involvement and Angieslist recommendations.

"The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."

"Everything went smoothly up until I had a ceiling leak and we found that the condensation line to the other unit was broken during the installation. It was not carelessness but a poor design by the builder of the home. Anyway, they agreed to fix it and the damage it caused, without any need for me to make a lot of noise. My only complaint was that the repair was long and drawn out taking 4 or 5 visits to complete and the repairman was good but never came on schedule."

"Awesome! I call to have my sump pump replace/repaired, I know the old one was not working properly. John looked at it an told me what was needed. Replaced that OLD sump pump cleaned out the trash in the well of the sump pump also. Installed the new one for a good price, he quoted me first before he started the job. I will call him again. "Prior "tune up" service provider apparently messed up the hvac and then tried to sell me a replacement scenario over $3000 or a new unit for over $4000.  Next Service guy, as above noted, explained all the problems and the disconnected wiring left by the prior folks, and said it could be fixed for around $200, but it cost $410 as indicated above.  I do not think he arbitrarily increased his bill--just found more stuff that needed fixing than originally contemplated, and had to make a second trip out with one of the parts needed.
