I was glad to discover that he provided exactly the service I was looking for (unlike a competitor whom I also spoke with). During the inspection, Russell was extremely helpful in constantly sharing his knowledge. He pointed out places where my home and appliances were doing fine, and other places where there were gaps. Based on the audit, I went back to Russell to improve my attic insulation. The work was done for a reasonable price, and I particularly appreciated Russell throwing in the air sealing around my doors and windows. Compared to other attic experts, I was not recommended to go with all the bells and whistles, since it wasn't considered necessary during the audit, and that definitely saved me a considerable amount of money. Time will tell how much energy savings my home sees. But my experience with Russell was very positive. I already recommended the energy audit to folks I know.
