"I had 3 old HVACs that needed replacement. Interviewed 5 companies and selected AirPlus. Kevin was the salesperson and was my first point of contact. He came to the house a couple of times and asked a lot of questions about the layout (almost 4000 sq ft) and issues that we were having with our current systems. Eventually, Kevin brought over Jim, the owner of AirPlus with 35 years in the industry, to take measurements and to help figure out appropriate solutions. In the course of planning, Jim visited 2 or 3 times and we always had good dialogue. We ended up replacing the 3 old HVACs with 2 Trane HVACs, including compressor, furnace, coil, ducting, electrical, and registers. Jim was onsite during most of the install and his crew was very respectful, always wore masks, and did a great cleanup at the end of each day’s work. Job took about 6 days to complete. I had opted for final inspection with WeGreen and the City of Poway. Each indicated an excellent install and I just received the official permit today. I’m not one who writes many reviews but felt I needed to share this experience. I know how daunting it can be facing HVAC issues/replacement, but I was quite pleased with AirPlus, from the front office to sales, owners, and crew. Needless to say I highly recommend AirPlus for your HVAC needs."

"Energy Efficient Insulation installed about 1600 sq/ft of new insulation in the attic at my house that was placed on top of my fiberglass rolls. Issac provided me with the best estimate compare to all the other competitors who came over to our house. Issac came on time to explain the work and he was able to finish it the same day. The final price that he charged me was the same as the estimate. On top of the price, the rebates that I applied paid for most of the work. I will hire them again without any doubts for any additional work that I may have. I would recommend Energy Efficient Insulation for anyone who is looking for any good company for insulation."

"They were pretty prompt. They showed up when they said they would, got the work done in the time-frame that they said. They installed a bunch is insulation and we noticed an immediate difference in the coolness of the house. It worked."

"He was a single guy all by himself. He was really good to do business with. He came over and charged me a little bit to fix that. I asked him why he didn't tell me over the cell phone what needed to be done so that I didn't have to have him charge me. He does great work. He wanted $25.00 or $30.00 and I protested. It was just the idea that it was something so simple that he could have told me over the phone to go check it out and I could have done it, but he came out. I know what is fair and what is unfair, but he is very good. When he initially came out to put the garage door, he did the framing and rebuilt everything before putting the door. I had three other people come out and the prices were outrageous. Some people don't do the framing on garage doors. They just come out and do the garage doors. Two companies expected me to go out on my own and hire a framer to do the framing and then they were going to come back and put the garage door. I thought that was crazy. Falcon did everything. You have to be very careful on garage doors. There are some big companies out there that don't know what they are doing. You can just tell by talking to them. I would hire Falcon back."

"Excellent work. Quickly to high standards - cleaned up quickly and nicely. Found one small issue after installation - and, to their credit, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Note, in addition to high quality work, their pricing was accurate (from early estimate) and VERY REASONABLE."

"Since it was summer and hot weather, the company called to delay the replacement to the next day. The two techs who came to replace the unit tried hard but were unable to get it working and had to call in a senior service tech to make everything work. The senior tech was finally able to get it running and it has been working well since. I give them credit for working until the problem was fixed. I am not sure if some of the workers are new and need more training, or if this was a difficult installation with more problems than anticipated."
