"The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"My Air conditioner went out during the heat wave. I called and Fred came over in two hours to fix my AC. He was professional and efficient. Fred came prepared with everything that he needed to fix the potential problem. He blasted, sealed and put back everything in better shape than it was originally. He was willing to accommodate my price to complete the job. Thanks to him we are all chilling!"

"Very knowledgeable, professional, and great customer service! Penguin, serviced our central AC & Heat and they explained everything to us before performing the work. They also replaced our moldy insulation in our attic. They packed and transported the old moldy insulations, ensuring that the mold does not spread, and they left our house free of any mess. I'd recommend Penguin Heating and Air to anybody in need of AC/Heat service, repair, or installation."
