"Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."

"The work was done very professionally for a great deal. The job demand was to mount two cameras, one in the front door and the other jn the garage. Oscar and Alejandro knew what worked and was not afraid of putting out suggestions on how to improve it. When a plan might not work, we came up with a different solution that achieved the same goal. Will definitely hire again!"

"David and his guys did a great job renovating our master bathroom in our 1979 condo. The shower had the original tiles so it looked pretty outdated when Adam came by to give his estimate. Adam was very professional, friendly, and generous with his time. He gave suggestions and inputs design-wise, also different options if we wanted to reduce costs on certain things on our wishlist. We met with several other contractors, but we decided to go with Roys Builders because of their professionalism, and Adam always responded to our emails promptly. David was knowledgeable and he was great in helping me organized what materials I needed to buy, where to get deals, etc. Master Bathroom: They demolished the old shower and installed new shower pan, new tiles on the shower walls and floor, new shower fixtures, added shampoo niche, installed shower glass, new toilet, and new exhaust fan/heater/ light combo. They also created wood window frame to make the old aluminum sliding window looks so much nicer! They also applied wallpaper on the accent wall, and painted the rest of the walls. Guest Bathroom: They did some repairs and updated/ installed several things: new vanity, new medicine cabinet, new faucet and shower fixtures, and replaced water-damaged baseboards, painted the new baseboards, painted the wall, and also added the wood frame around the sliding aluminum window. Actually, they did many other little things/ finishing touches to make our bathrooms turned out great! All of his guys were nice and polite. We highly recommended this company"

I was able to use the 15% coupon he had listed in his Angie's listing, awesome. He gave me an approximate cost before he came over to my house and then a better estimate after he looked at the garage doors, so I had a very good idea of what I would be spending for his work. "Awesome job! Best price out of 3 other competitors. Lead time was reasonable. Installation turned around in 3 and 1/2 days. There were several guys working on the house. All are very friendly people. Couple places where I found minor issues, they fixed them instantly without any BS conversations. True professionals! "Creig has been a lifesaver, since my garage door would be more complicated to install than usual. I had a few estimates for the garage door, all of which were a lot more than what Creig quoted me for. Also the other garage door companies said that I needed to get the rafters in the garage repaired and the door opening to be cut out larger before they could install the garage door, which would have added more cost and time to get the job done. Creig was the only one who was able to do everything for a very reasonable cost, since he is also a handyman. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do. He did a beautiful job, and the garage door works great! He has been very professional, courteous, and honest in all my interactions with him. Overall a wonderful person to work with."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
