"Paso Robles Heating and Air Conditioning deserves the highest rating over all others.  We obtained 5 bids on our project and only Paso Robles HVAC provided a quality analysis of the products that would work best for our house and of the work that would be required at a reasonable price.  Therefore we contracted with them to install our new HVAC system.
We worked closely with the owner/manager throughout the process. He was just great!  Highly knowledgable and experienced.
The work was scheduled and they arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled.  The workers were very professional.
They new system has been in place since Nov. 2012.  We have much lower gas bills and the new A/C worked beautifully.   Finally our house maintained a comfortable temperation even through a very hot Summer followed by a very cold winter. 
They also follow-up on their work and have made two no charge service visits to check on the system,  change filters, and do any needed adjustments.
I highly recommend them.  
It is so hard to find a quality contractor, but we really were lucky to have found Paso Robles Heating and Air Conditioning.

They were on time, professional, and had our new heater up and running with just the two scheduled visits. I will certainly use them again when we are ready to have our air conditioner replaced.

I would like to add that we received a call telling us that they would like to come out and take care of a scheduled inspection and service  of our air-conditioner. I told them that I hadn't scheduled that and was then informed that it was complimentary. I scheduled a 7am appointment so that I could leave for work on time. The Tech showed up on time, inspected, cleaned, and serviced our air-conditioner within the time frame that was promised. I was able to get to work on time and the air conditioner is working wonderfully. I have seen a couple of reviews that state they are a bit high priced but I find that you truly get what you pay for. Our heater was wonderful this last winter and the complimentary cleaning and servicing of our air conditioner was just an added bonus. Once again I would very highly recommend them.

  Feb-2016  New update for this wonderful company. We had a complimentary heater inspection and check-up and once again they were able to accommodate my work schedule. They came out early, checked and cleaned, replaced the filter, and got done in time for me to head off to work. They are very professional and I appreciate that.  Thanks again Wightons.

"We needed a contractor to help us through an extensive remodel of our home, including: Installing an EVSE unit to charge our car; complete renewal & relocation our HVAC system; replumbing gas/water lines & installation of tankless water heater; and all aspects of a major kitchen remodel (removing walls, framing new walls, raising a dropped ceiling, lights, flooring, etc.). "Another company worked on my heater twice and did not resolve the problem which was that the heat would not always come on as scheduled. Kenneth's identified the real cause of the problem and fixed it. He also noticed a conduit connection going into the roof was separated where rain could enter. He fixed that, too. Two other companies wanted to sign me up as a preferred customer (for a significant fee) for privileged service. I consider that to be unfair to customers not signed up but have an emergency need. Kenneth's did not try to sign me up to such a program. Kenneth's gave me prompt service and solved the problem at a reasonable price. Kenneth's is now my preferred go-to HVAC servicing company."

"It went very well. We had a broken pipe on the main sprinkler line. Robert brought the right replacement material and finished the job quickly. We also replaced multiple old outdoor gardening faucets with new ones and that went really well also."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
