He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "Stephen is the hardest working person I've ever met. He emptied an entire household of all those things that had to be disposed of in order to sell the house. Attic stuff, basement stuff, old carpet pads, mattresses, junk, stuff, more junk, more stuff, heavy and light; 98 years of stuff. More importantly he didn't throw away what was labeled to stay. The roof is being repaired and Steve had to negotiate around a dumpster and stacks of roofing materials; he never complained or increased his price."
