"Leonardo the owner came out promptly to measure and quote, was straightforward about the scope of the job and made suggestions to reduce the cost. A couple of days’ delay on the install timing but Leonardo was communicative and honest. When the installers came it took less time than expected, looks great and the quality seems very good. We’ll see in a year after some use, however I expect it will be just as solid then. No issues with our dogs being in the house. Once the crew got to work, they paid no mind to each other. Had another quote as well and Dreamworks’ pricing was lower. Personal service, good pricing and quality product."

"Fil and his team are outstanding. They are the consummate professionals. We had the old tile removed, wall board replaced, and new backsplash installed. The company removing and replacing the counter top had multiple problems that caused multiple scheduling changes over a 2 week period. Fil was great about working with us to minimize downtime. The job they did was perfect. They show up when they promise, finish when they promise, and charge a fair price. They are true gentleman and look after your home as if it was their own. I will always use Rocca for any future projects."

ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

"We just used Bear Mountain Custom Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our house, including restaining our back deck and fixing wood rot issues on our cedar shingle siding. The work quality was exceptional from the entire team, starting with the sales coordinator (Zach). We had received several estimates from other companies and Bear Mountain was right in the middle, but we chose Bear Mountain because of their superlative reviews and the expertise that was immediately conveyed by Zach (who did a much more thorough survey of the house for wood rot issues, and also knew correctly that cedar siding needed to be stained rather than painted). Whereas other companies proposed just filling in wood rot with Bondo, the philosophy at Bear Mountain is that to make a durable repair, the rotten wood should be removed completely and replaced with rot-proof materials (PVC or pressure-treated wood). Having had previous bondo repairs of wood performed by the preceding homeowners fail, we were really impressed with the excellent carpentry work performed by Bear Mountain Custom Paiting. The work crew, led by Higi, was fantastic. Higi was a wonderful communicator, and any issues (like windows painted shut) were immediately rectified. Due to cold weather and rain, the crew couldn't work for several days, and this was always communicated to us in a timely fashion--they then would often bring a larger work crew the next day so as to finish the project on time. We were thrilled with the quality of the final work, as the house looks fantastic and we are confident that it will remain in excellent condition for years! They took care to clean up the site thoroughly at the end of the job, and took extra precautions to make sure that our exterior cameras were fully protected. This is an honest company of exceptional professionalism, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."

"Russ, the owner, and his team did a great job updating my 1950s house. They removed the old siding, made repairs, pressure washed areas as needed, installed new doors and window treatments and then put new beautiful fiber cement siding on my house. After that the painter, Caio, and his team did a fantastic job caulking gaps and then painting the entire siding and fascia. The crew cleaned up everything after it was all done. They can also but on new gutters if you it. I'm very happy with the whole team and their attention to details. The result is a great transformation of my home where I have lived for 40 years. "Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."
