"The sandblasting took two days. The work was done by only three men, who did an outstanding job. My property has two sump pumps and a pipe drain. They were careful to close those off and use their own pumps for moving the water. All the debris was shoveled up and moved by wheelbarrow to their truck and hauled away. Clean up was excellent. Sandblasting is a very messy project. They did a good job of getting up the greatest amount of sand paint chips and muck. I was pleased with the outcome. I still continue to sweep and shop vac sand, but it is all minor compared to the massive amount of work the crew did to clean my property. Active Sandblasting did a superior job of meeting my needs. I would highly recommend their services. <br />"

"The craftsmanship of Cavalier/ David Moshe’s team was very impressive. All of the flooring in my two-story condominium was replaced with hardwood laminate. The work on all of the stairs, risers and landing showed great attention to detail. The old baseboard was removed throughout, and replaced with tall detailed baseboards, creating a custom finished look. Equal attention was paid to refinishing all of the ceilings, re-grouting and caulking all of the baths and kitchen tile, and to painting the old stained kitchen cabinets a fresh white. All of the crew were provided with “covid-19 masks”; the job was finished in the time frame given with no cost overruns. And, most remarkable of all, emails and texts to David during the job were returned within one hour!"

"Mendez Tile came to our house, took measurements, and <br /> presented us with an estimate which served as the basis for our contract. They <br /> ordered and picked up the tiles, grout and other construction materials as <br /> needed during installation. They carefully covered exposed surfaces in all work <br /> areas prior to actual removal and installation. They were careful to clean up <br /> after themselves every day, and to consider our needs for access each evening <br /> before they left us. Installation was done carefully and deliberately over a <br /> period of 9 working days. An unexpected sub-flooring problem was handled <br /> professionally with minimal interruption and job delay. <br />   <br /> We are very pleased with the final product and its <br /> appearance. "Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "Shai and his team recently designed and developed our garage into an ADU. I could not be happier with their professionalism, the quality of the work and Karmas working style. "I was impressed Josh called within 1-2 hours offering to set up a time to come out to see the bathrooms and kitchen that I was interested in remodeling. Within a day or two, Josh was here to discuss the projects and showed me before and after pictures of projects similar to mine. He gave me ideas but indicated that I would be the person living with the remodel and he would do whatever I selected. Josh even named showrooms in the area that I could visit for ideas. This was very helpful. There was no pressure to purchase from these places. The proposal was very competitive and detailed as to what was included. If there was anything found that was unexpected, Josh indicated that he would explain the situation and discuss any additional charges with me. There was a wiring situation in the kitchen that was not anticipated and Josh contacted me to discuss it. The additional charges were very fair and I approved them. The rest of the project proceeded without any surprises and the payment was exactly as stated on the proposal. I am very happy with my remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Josh was here periodically to make sure the work was being done to his high standards. He did spot a couple of things that he felt needed additional attention and had it corrected. One of the items I did not notice until he pointed it out. The different workers were professional, pleasant to work with and respectful. I previously had other projects done and this was the best experience I have had with a contractor. Josh was very responsive when I had questions or changed my mind on something. I would not hesitate to call Josh again if I have another project. It is refreshing to have a contractor you can trust."

"The Belmans did an amazing job of installing pavers and decorative walls. They were very easy to work with, they explained everything clearly. Alexis came by to check on the crew and made sure that we were informed of the job that took about 2 weeks to complete. We looked at other companies to do the job but we were unhappy with either the pricing, the quality, or the customer service.
