"We hired AC Dave to install a heating & cooling unit, after using them for our old unit's maintenance for years. It was a unit that. went on the roof, so installation was no small task. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections."

"Over all it is okay, but there is some missing piece's here. My thermostat does not work, but everything else is pretty much okay. 

Installed new cooling unit, and updated/corrected whatever problems with the duct work. But the thermostat needs to be in a different location. They filed an inspection so we are waiting for that. They corrected a couple problems with the duct work. 

It would be between a C and a B but there is that serous problem with the thermostat. Overall the material was good. There were about 3 or 4 people. It took a good part of the day. They left it clean. 

I think its all going to get resolved.

"something had died in there! The technician spent hours poking around the system and located a very large, very putrid rat. He graciously disposed of it and disinfected the area. He gave me instructions of how to purge the system of the smell and completed the job of cleaning the whole ducting system. He was punctual, courteous and gracious about his rather disgusting find."

"It was over a holiday weekend (labor day) so I think that made it take longer than estimated.  3 days to a week estimate, but took almost 2 weeks. 
Cost - the actual install cost $300 less than estimated but the project ended up costing $2000 more than estimated because it failed inspection.  Install was in a garage so the inspector cited fire code violations.  For example, we had to install a fire proof door to the crawlspace, and replace all the PVC pipes going through the garage with cast iron.  I don't know if they should have known these things would be a problem and included it in the estimate.  They had assured me before the inspection that "they only review the HVAC work" but it turns out I ended up spending a lot of money bringing a 1962 house up to code.  They did fix the things related to HVAC cited in inspection without charging extra. 
I did give an A review because overall they were very responsive and seemed to do a good job. They did some extra things like put in clothes dryer vent to the outside.  I wasn't in a hurry so the extra week didn't bother me.  The extra $2000 to bring the house to fire code bothered me, but I'm not sure that could be avoided with any contractor.

Sealed off work area with plastic curtain to protect the rest of the house from dust. once all asbestos was removed Juan and his crew were ready to go installing the new ducts. Everything went smoothly and once complete Juan showed me the work they had done and tested our system to make sure everything was working as it should. They vacuumed the area and left it as they found it."

"I needed an oil change done on my Mercedes. Dave the owner made sure he had all the right spec fluids for my car when I go there. Connie the friendly receptionist was friendl and efficient.. I was in and out quick all fluids topped off, and potential problems brought to my attention, no sales pitch just good old fashioned honest people. We'll do business with them again.
